Severe Weather Update

Due to the ongoing severe weather across the Metro area, we're postponing our pest control services until road conditions improve. We are closely monitoring conditions, and will get our technicians out to your property ASAP.

Please contact our office if you have an emergency service request or need anything from our team. Our offices are currently closed, but we're monitoring email accounts.

On a personal note: I know many of you may be in crisis-mode between power outages, water outages, caring for neighbors and residents without power, burst pipes, etc. I will make my team and the resources of our company available to you if there is anything I can do to help. This is a time when we all need to work together to get through this.

I know we're all looking forward to better, warmer days ahead. What a year.

Please stay warm and safe.

Envirotrol’s Safety Protocols + Response to COVID-19

  • PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE): Our technicians in-the-field are taking extraordinary precautions and wearing full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including disposable gloves, respirators, and professionally sanitized uniforms. This is for the protection of our team and your residents.  We are highly experienced in these type of PPE protocols in the pest control industry, and the health and safety of your residents and our team is our top priority.

  • EXTRA PRECAUTIONS DURING TREATMENTS: During services, if our technicians encounter someone who appears sick, they may ask the resident to re-schedule for a different day when they are healthy. We'll try to minimize the inconvenience for the resident and your on-site teams.  We know that pest control is also a public health matter, and we want to make sure we're doing everything we can.

Additional Precautions that are Important for us all during this time:

  • WASH YOUR HANDS! With soap.  Vigorously.  Often.  For at least 20 seconds.  This is a VERY IMPORTANT Message.

  • PROTECT YOUR CO-WORKERS AND THE PUBLIC: DON’T COME TO WORK IF YOU HAVE A FEVER OR HAVE REASON TO BELIEVE YOU HAVE COVID-19 OR HAVE BEEN EXPOSED.

  • SOCIAL DISTANCING: Practice “Social Distancing” (avoid handshakes, limit person-to-person close contact, avoid crowded environments and distance yourself from people who are sick). Be careful with how often you touch your face.

It’s up to everyone to help contain the spread of this virus and protect our communities – especially elderly and vulnerable people.

Stay up-to-date on CDC guidelines and recommendations.  More information that everyone should on the CDC website: www.CDC.gov
